 Orders can currently be shipped to United Arab of Emirates. The shipping methods currently available for your order are listed below. However, we are constantly working to improve the customer experience and may introduce additional shipping or pickup methods through our shopping channels. Check often to see if other options are available.

We use the services of several reliable logistics and courier companies in the UAE.  Orders placed outside

 Business hours (21:00-17:00) and/or public holidays in the UAE are deemed to be placed on the first UAE business day following the date the order was placed.

 Delivery Time *:

 Dubai - Sharjah - Ajman: up to 2 business days

 Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Hatta: up to 3 days after order confirmation

 Western Region and Remote Areas: 5 business days

 * Delivery times are approximate. See below for more details. Delivery may be delayed during promotions, sale seasons, public holidays, etc. During this period may not be able to meet the above deadlines, but we will do our best to minimize delivery delays.

 We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee if your order is not accepted at the address provided to us on the confirmed delivery date. Orders paid with COD are subject to an additional processing fee of AED 9.

 CASH ON DELIVERY:

 Ebitaf.com provides Cash on Delivery (COD) service to its customers.

 When prompted to select a payment method, you must select "Cash on Delivery".

 All COD orders are subject to a processing fee of AED 9. You can only pay cash for products ordered with

 Cash on delivery. A draft/check demand is not accepted for orders placed using the cash on delivery method. This is a cash-only method.

 Cash payment to our courier partners is only required for delivery of orders. Partner courier companies are making some changes, so please prepare an accurate payment or payment as close as possible. Don't pay extra for Courier. The amount indicated on the courier's air waybill is the amount payable to the courier and includes all fees.

 You must pay the full amount of your order prior to receiving the parcel and signing the invoice. Packages can only be opened after payment.

 The delivery service has been entered into with a third party and no exchange is made. It is possible to return and split the delivered product.

 Carrier cannot change invoice amount or return goods to store.

To support you and the community, we have received all necessary permits to ship to the UAE as usual during this lockdown period. Except for same-day delivery in UAE, 2-hour delivery in Dubai, next-day delivery, and 23-day delivery in UAE will continue as before. We do our best to achieve everything you want, but due to high order volume, only a limited number of slots may be offered.
